Data Deletion Instructions

Autoplugg, operated by Royce & Company LLC, lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is deleted, what we may retain, and how to independently revoke each connected platform’s access.

1. Delete your data in the app

You can delete your data yourself from within Autoplugg:

  1. Sign in and go to Settings.
  2. (Optional) Use “Export my data” first if you want a copy of your account data before it is deleted.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm. This begins deletion of your account and associated data.

2. Delete your data by email

If you prefer, or if you can no longer sign in, email us at support@autoplugg.aifrom the email address on your account with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize:

  • Your account and profile (name, email, authentication data).
  • Your brands, voices, and configuration.
  • Content you created and AI-generated (posts, images, videos, documents, whitepapers, blog posts, landing pages, and emails).
  • Your connected platform connections and their stored OAuth access/refresh tokens.
  • Any AI-provider or third-party service keys you stored (BYOK).
  • Generated media stored in our file storage.

4. What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required or permitted by law, including billing and tax records needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, and records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. We may also retain aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

5. Timeline

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, except for information we are required or permitted to retain as described above. Backup copies are purged on our regular backup rotation.

6. Revoke access on each connected platform

Disconnecting an account in Autoplugg removes our stored tokens for it. For completeness, you can also independently remove Autoplugg from each platform’s connected-apps settings:
